The site was still mud. The series shows it finished.
The homes weren't finished. Starting from the real site, we generated the finished development: the plans, the exterior, the backyard and the parking. Then we put it in motion, down to the exterior walls opening to show the homes inside. Those shots run through a five-part interview series about the project.

Five dated rooms, each redesigned in one continuous move.
Each transformation starts on the real room, from our own footage, and keeps the same camera, walls and windows through to the redesign. In the film, the tour walks through the house as it is, then shows each room as it could be.

GeneratedAn empty unit, staged in 3D, then brought to life.
We shot the unit empty. Our team staged every room in 3D, built to match our photos exactly. Then we animated the staged photos with AI, so the furniture arrives in the frame and the camera moves through rooms that were never furnished.

3D stagedStaged in 3D, then lived in.
The same pipeline as the condo, taken further. We shot the house empty and our team staged it in 3D. Then AI put the staging in motion and brought in the people: friends in the living room, a family settling in, kids dancing.

3D stagedA love story set in the house, with the impossible shots generated.
A short film shot in the home: a couple finding the house and building a life there. The shots we couldn't film, a mariachi band on the front lawn, their child, and the same couple years later, were generated and cut into the live action.
Directed and shot by Wisam Mshati and team.

The first film in a series following a full renovation. The builder walks the stripped house, and the AI shot shows what the main floor becomes.

A traditional home sold on its potential. The agent walks the house as it is, then the dining room opens up into a modern plan, inside the same tour.

GeneratedShot in February. Shown in summer.
We filmed the house in deep snow. One AI shot carries the same frame into summer, so buyers see the garden and the street the way they will live with it.
Our footage
GeneratedA bare backyard, finished.
The yard was leaves and dirt on shoot day. The AI shot keeps the same frame and finishes it: fresh lawn, patio furniture, an umbrella and the barbecue, ready for summer.
Our footage
GeneratedOvercast on shoot day. Blue sky in the film.
The front of the house was shot under a flat grey sky. We generated the same frame under a clear sky, then built a timelapse of clouds moving over the house for the film's opening.
Our footage
GeneratedAn empty home, filled with the life a buyer pictures.
We filmed the home staged but empty. The AI shots add the people: friends gathered in the living space, and a rooftop table that runs from afternoon into evening.
A full ad with zero footage.
An Ontario app needed to recruit drivers and had no footage, no shoot budget and no finished app assets. One continuous 25-second ad, built from concept to sound without a shoot.
